Have a *disability friendly* place for rent

Not charging per month, but it forced me to write monthly amount. Looking for someone to stay here and there or just once in a while or once. (I already have a roommate.) Sort of like BnB? Breakfast is on us and a nice spare room is yours to stay. SAFE. Friendly. The house is not handicap accessible for a wheelchair 100% because there are 3 steps to get in. But we can accommodate most disabilities. We provide a quiet atmosphere for those with noise sensitivity. We are privy to most sensitivities and intolerances. House is at 68 degrees in case you have heat intolerance. If you have any questions at all regarding your condition, let me know! We will negotiate price for you to stay... just let me know your situation.

How do you tell where it is located? Sounds nice! You are so wonderful for doing this!

I found the map on right, I wasn't familiar with the town so had to look it up. Looks like it is in NJ right outside of Philly. Funny, I've been talking to my former college roommate who lives in that area about what it would be like to move there, but said it would never work because I would have no support, too hard to find housing, etc. Then I find this. However I'm not really up for flying anymore even if Philly is a short flight (I'm in Maine), or driving 8 hrs. But having increasing difficulty living alone here in Maine. (Lonely , need more emotional support and not to be alone.) Couldn't take humidity in summer but fall is coming. Wish I could travel better. You sound lovely from your post. Hmm.

Is this a mold and chemical free place? Thank you.
